“The Power of United Prayer”

Matthew 18:19-20

As there is a need for solitary prayer, there is likewise a need for a coming together in unity. Time spend alone in a “prayer closet” is for personal renewal, but united prayer is for the Body of Christ, the Church.

There must be a corporate unity in the Family of God, for the power of God to come and for prayers to be answered. There must be prayer and belief for the same thing (with one accord). Two or three gathered in unity in the name of Jesus = power and answered prayers. And the most powerful united prayer is that of a husband and wife.
