God’s plan of Salvation (Eternal fellowship with Him)

The Bible states that there is only one way to Heaven.Walkway to heaven
Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)

No matter how good a person you are, good works cannot get you into Heaven.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

The sins of humanity cannot abide in the presence of the perfect, pure and Holy God. In His righteousness He judges everyone by the same standard, which is the Holy Bible. All will be judged and found guilty or guiltless by these words. Even one thing done against Gods standard and you are, by definition a sinner and God’s wrath remains upon you as judgement for doing evil in His sight. That is why we need Jesus, God’s Son in the form of a man, who came to this earth and lived a holy and blameless life. By dying on the cross, He took on the sins of the World as a substitute for us, so we could stand blameless before God the Father.

How to stand blameless / The way to Heaven:

1. Admit you are a sinner (that you do not follow God’s commandments)

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Romans 3:23)

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (Romans 5:12)

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (1 John 1:10)

2. Be willing to turn from your sin (repent and stop doing what God says is wrong)

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5)

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: (Acts 17:30)

3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried and rose from the dead.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the    dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9)

4. Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Savior and friend.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10)

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

What to pray:

Dear God, I am a sinner and I ask you to forgive me. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from my sin and follow you. Jesus, I invite you to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior and friend. Amen.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (John 1:12)

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

If you have received Jesus Christ as your Savior, you are now a born again Christian!

To maintain this new life you have begun you should:

>  Read your Bible often to get to know Christ better.

>  Talk to God in prayer (about everything going on in your life)

>  Worship, fellowship and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the Bible is the final authority.

>  Be baptized (an outward expression to the World of the washing away of your sins and your rebirth)

>  Tell others about what Christ has done for you. (Don’t worry about what you don’t know…focus on what you do. Just tell your story!)
